Students can register up until the start date for the course if space is available. Students are, however, encouraged to register as early as possible to guarantee a place in the course, as registration is closed off as soon as a course is full.
Payment of Tuition Fees
For all students, a deposit of $200 is due upon registration. The remainder of the fee is due 14 days prior to the commencement of the given course.
If you are unsuccessful in any Module/Challenge Exam, you will be eligible to re-take the PASS Challenge Exam Course at no fee. You must let us know within 10 days of being informed you were not successful in the Challenge Exam.
Upon commencement of any course, no refund will be granted, unless there are extenuating circumstances (eg. health etc.).
Course fees are tax deductible as tuition per the Canada Revenue Agency and official receipts will be issued.
Any one organization sending five or more finalists to any one course will qualify for the following discounts:
Changes and Cancellations
- 5-9 finalists: 5%
- 10-24 finalists: 10%
- 25-49 finalists: 15%
- 50+ finalists: 20%
The PASS program reserves the right to cancel any courses due to insufficient registration. If the course is cancelled, your tuition fees will be refunded in full.
